3 years later I found one for sale and bought it.

Then when Jethro got his blue collar Goldtop I was like, man that’s cool. So I bought a 77 blue collar one too this year.

Y'know, I am lucky to already have my grail (79 Silverburst Custom), but if I buy another Les Paul it will likely be very much like yours, i.e. a Deluxe already routed for 'buckers.

I do…. Red one….. Blue one…. Brown one…. Well, you get the idea. :pound-hand:
Exactly! L6 describes the L6 etc.
My bro had some amp issues a bit ago.
"I was playing Betsy..."
Yes cause that means SO much to me... What is it? Just tell me what it is! Infantile...
That and how can I remember 25 plus names?? :rolf:

Ramo's Jackson King V.

AND for some of you OLD TIMER, LONG Time members here. I have also always wanted a chance at Biddlin's bad asz Gibson Nighthawk 225 and I have found one.
NOW I am torn between which V I want, how much I can spend, and getting a rarer bird. This awesome looking Black Beauty.

Here is one of the V's I am considering. Basically as far as Gibson models go, I have found most are running between $1100 and upwards of $2500 with $2500 being about 1200-1500 more than I would like to pay.

This is a 2000 '67 model The seller originally wanted to trade for a nice Block Inlay ES 335 or equivalent value SG with Maestro. or about $2500. He and I discussed options and he may let it go for $2000-$2200, which to me is still a bit high considering all other options for V's at the lower range from $1100-$1600 which is at the top of my price threshold. Also, as it sits, the V has a set Lover and a 57 Classic in it, but he has the original uncovered pups too.

I also found one of these which is high on my list especially with at least 1 or 2 of our members having the exact model or within the series as one of their favorites.
The only thing is the price tag for the moons and ebony board ones running about $500 more than a rosewood board one I can buy locally. Roughly $1600-1700 for this exact one with Moons/ebony vs $1100-1200 for the rosewood one with Dark Winter pickups from the guy I bought my PRS SE Santana from locally.
