Granted, that pic is a few years old, but I do take very good care of that guitar. It still looks almost as good.

However, playing outside and spending some time in the sun from gigging has yellowed the binding a bit in spots. That doesn’t bother me, though.

The binding on my Ovation has yellowed a bit as well. Guess it’s what happens over 50 years. Adds character.

I'm surprised that it took me over two years to see this thread.

I'm still new here doing my best to catch up with whatever I may have missed in the past.

I like the simplicity of artwork showing a man sitting on a stool and playing his guitar. When the winter months have passed and it gets warm enough I'll open my garage doors and do some woodburning the image onto a few planks of hardwood for my 3 kids.
