If you have pictures of your own stuff, please feel free to post them. If you want to post a picture that is already on the internet, please hot link it instead of uploading it to our server. When we run out of room on the server, we will have to lease more server space which means more money. If we don't come up with more money for more space, this site will cease to exist.

Several of us us Imjur. That works pretty good and fairly easy.

I tried to Hot Link from Facebook, which seemed to work…. Then discovered a few days later all my photo posts had disappeared. I also tried One Drive since I have my photos backed up there. That didn’t work at all.

Does anyone know if Drop Box will work?

AS you said iblive, imgur is perfect and free. If people just create a basic account they can simply load up their images there. After that they only need a link to the image to add (paste) it here in a post.

ONCE YOU HAVE loaded the image up to imgur go to your images (in the menu) and click on the one you want to display here. Click the "Copy" button to the right under the "BBCode" section then paste it in your post ...you don't need to use the "image insert" tool here when you copy the "BBCode" section from imgur. Easy as pie (..pantie, of course).

I've been using Imgur since photobucket changed. I never upload a pic to the forum, I don't even know how.

I like Flickr much more than Imgur - I use both. Flickr is free to use up to 1000 images. I'm being miserly at 867 at this time. There are several things about Imgur I loath.

Photobucket was fun when they hijacked our images, eh? View attachment 102726
I haven't tried Flickr. There are a few things I don't like about Imgur since they changed it, it was easier to load images before, but once I got used to it it's ok I guess. I hate change.

I am the same with change, once I get used to doing something one way , they make an improvement, and then I must re learn how to do it again, as you all know I am not very tech savvy.
