Trying to add a dopey smiley - I can here, but not there.

This is with two browsers; Firefox and Brave. Both are set to delete all data upon closing app.

Look like that particular “room” has had the drag and drop feature shut off. You would have to use something like Imjur to store your photo and then copy/paste the link.

Even in the (rare) instances when it's possible to drag & drop, it's still better to use a link.
Less load on the servers that way.

All of the dog and cat .gifs I have been cluttering things up with are linked. The dopey smilies are tiny.

I save the image to the computer first then attach it as a file. Dragging and dropping is too wild for me, too out of bounds.

Drag and drop is the same. Just one mouse motion from Windows Explorer.
