I'm sorry I missed this thread. I'm glad you like it. Congrats! Are you still thinking about changing the pickup? It sounds pretty good to me in your vid.
Right , you are dead on. Thank you Steve.I do highly respect your opinion as I know you have gone through many set ups.

I don't know yet weather or not to change it.
I am experimenting with it.
I don't think it will hurt to change it but I'm not in a hurry .

@ibmorjamn you add to the list of people that have nothing bad to say about their out of the box experience with HB guitars.
Never a complaint about playability, hardware, finish, and general quality. Every review usually has a combination of these words, “wow, pleasantly pleased or I can’t believe it’s this good”
There is a guy on YouTube who constantly brags about his blue SG style HB and how it’s his favorite guitar whenever he demos another guitar.

You now make me want to get an HB.

I’m glad you like it and congrats!!
Now get to morjamn!
I wanted to get the "V" from HB but it has a very different headstock. One that will likely be a un-popular look.

The only reason to change anything is if there's something you don't like about it. I've done so many set ups because I'm a way too picky SOB!...and most of my experiments failed. :rolf2:

So after a couple of weeks. I still have it plugged in and sitting at the ready.
A couple of things, tuners are kind of cheap as Is expected. It does hold tune pretty well. The frets do have a slight edge on each side.
