It pains me to say. I placed an order on April 19th from Mojotone.
The tracking from USPS says package label created and status has not changed.
I contacted them once. They said wait until Monday.
I might have to seek a refund.
I am extremely un-happy.
I never had this happen with anything from anywhere.
I have gotten packages from all over the world. Never again.

And I’ve had tracking and the shipper tell me scheduled delivery is Friday and I get it on Tuesday. And then check tracking again and have it still tell me Friday….. even though I now have it.

I've had the same thing happen more than once.
No tracking updates and the package just shows up.

Also once got an email saying I had to pick up a package at the local sorting facility for some odd reason.
Went there with a printout of the email with all the info, and they couldn't find the package.
Got home and it was on my porch - delivered while I was out.
 
Amazons the good one. Get email telling me it’s been delivered. Go look. Nothing. Check several hours later…. Or even the next morning. And there it is.

There's been some back up of packages in the postal system.
The post office is adding an extra ten days allowance to 4 day deliveries.
I'm fairly certain this is no fault of Mojo tone.
Your stuff is sure to arrive but a bit delayed.

I'm sure it's not their fault but the high cost of shipping makes it not worth it.
I could just get it from CHINA .That's where it comes from anyway.

I just had a go around with Sweetwater sent me a bunk demo NI Maschine MK3
got the new one this morning no return shipping label paid $89.00 to get the fist one the return cost me $90.00
I would never buy a demo but they were out of stock on the new ones and the five total hours put on hold priceless.
could be worse Canada just put a 30% tariff on shipping carbon tax BS so I'm told.

Unsure. They may import grape juice as they do offer some grape based wine. But they primarily ship their pineapple based wines. They aren’t bad. Not a complex French Red by any means…. But they offer sweet wines, dry wines and sparkling wines all made with pineapple juice.

I had exactly that too. I wondered about it asnit showed up in the post.
Sounds like you will get it.
I ordered a Mojotone angled 2x12 cab a gew years back. Got here to Canada fine. Also a replacement mini HB pickup.

Yes, I was about to call this morning and checked status. It was delivered today.
Thanks US postal, $27 to ship a roll of fabric.
