Definitely my 2014 Custom that I no longer have.

I traded it for this one because the neck is thicker and the fretboard is ebony, not Richlite. It's VOS so that's cool, however it also has a pickguard and does not glow with quite the same beauty as the previous one.

Guess I'd have to go with my Hagstrom Viking for pretty. My blue Strat would be a close second. You can see the grain of the Ash wood. I'm a sucker for wood grain.

Why did you unload the Gibbie Sapi..

Probably about 5 years ago. It also had a neck that was too slim. I knew I'd never get that beauty back ...it was unique to the 2014 Custom Tea-burst models.

I too am a sucker for wood grain.

Certainly in the running is the 1960 Reissue. Just stunning.

Also another LP, the Custom Shop Bengal Burst . Mm mm good.

The quilty Ibanez Artist ARX500 rates up there.

Finally the LP Artist has a fairly unique firebursf finish.

Honorable mentions would be the quilty Transparent black Mockingbird and quilty purple Schecter F1.
