Speaking of playing like a girl, there's a great movie about the Millington Sisters, and they're band "Fanny." "Play Like A Girl" came out a couple of years ago, and covers most of their career. If you've never heard of the band, you should check them out. They're quite good.

And another infvckingcredible woman player was April Lawton of the band Ramatam. Good enough to have Mitch Mitchell as her drummer. Unfortunately, she was so good people acused her of being a guy in drag because woman weren't that good. She should really have been a household name back in the seventies. I have the first Ramatam album, and it smokes!
