Don't bother with it or give them the satisfaction. The owner is an absolute prick and so is his whole staff. I hated that place so much and I can't imagine anyone actually being happy there.

I got a lifetime ban from a forum once. I’d only made three posts. One was to say hi there. One was this is my gear. The 3rd one was asking how to post photos. Never was able to find out what I’d done to deserve that.
