There's been studies done. Even just listening to music addresses some of the same comments made in this article. Bonus points if you participate. Sing.... play an instrument.... etc.

One thing I noticed, the study showed playing over 100 minutes per day lowers blood pressure . How many of us are doing this? Then if not what's stopping you, get with it!..

Agree. As songs go. Even I can play it. Maybe not sound like Neil and Crazy Horse….. but I can play it.

I have changed keys though. Put it in a lower key so if I feel like singing along, I can.
