Songs From Your Teenage Years You Still Like

The Beatles,now ur talking Norm.Lots of great music over the years from alot of groups.How bout what you heard on AM radio then i remember getting a radio that had FM. Big difference.Good ol days.
 
Yes for sure Johnny. To me it was just great music back then. Beatles were great! Yes I remember going from AM to FM, like you say big difference indeed.

I remwber having to go to a friends house when i was a kid cause my Mom wouldnt let me play Iron Butterfly and Steppenwolf in the house hahahahah. So i would go to a friends who had the typical small ranch style house that converted the attached garage into a family/ rec room of sorts and we would play these no no rscorda out there hahahahah.
 
The song the Pusher was like the Devil itself around that time. Look at the language of crap,i mean rap ect now days and hell this crap wins acadamy awards ect. The music awards you see Dre,Snoop ect sittin with Martha Stewart and celebs. Did not all these dummies remember these guys are ex gang memebers that made there money sellin crack,dope ect.What a joke.There damn criminals that smooze with the Hollywood crowd. I dont even watch music award shows.there bullshit. Last one i watched was when guns and roses won an award and were drunk on stage.Now theres real intertainment hahaaha
 
When i was 19 my friend had his own place.We was having a Christmas party and he says hey i got 2 new records today.One was the Sex Pistols never mind tge bullocks other was AC/DCs High Voltage i do believe,Or maybe it was Powerage what ever one came out about 1976/1977. I graduated high school in 1976

I don’t watch any award show anymore. Like the Rock and Roll Hall of Shame….. they’ve all sold out for the almighty buck. No longer who deserves the award…. It’s who has the deepest wallet.

Ah yes. The Pusher. It was on the Steppenwolf 8-Track I had.
 
I'm old, if I'm honest....I like songs that were made for teenagers in my time, in times BEFORE I was born, and for teens in any era. Lately, I'm finding I like a lot of songs that my son (38) used to listen to (rock, luckily he was not into rap)....so a lot of good stuff from the 90's.
