So Amplitube is sort of free. Parts of it.
Anyway , just wondering if anyone has issues signing up. I got the download but registration seems to be somewhat of a pain.

It said it was sending me a email so I could login. I can not find the email.

Yea, probably in spam. Good one to get. I got that a while back when it was "portionally" free. Happens to come with the best - Soldano, Marshall, and Ampeg clones. Totally awesome stuff.

I've never tried any rock n roll music through the amps yet. How does it sound? The Soldano??

That company must run on a shoe string budget. FAQs are annoying. There are no people involved in any form of customer service. The amps are good but it does make you want to pay , just get the rest of the features.

Not sure which amp that is yet. I tried the Engle, lead, Brown sound, Rectifiers.
Engle is brutal.

Nope, I played it today. It sounds good.
Then I hit default up at the top and it displayed 3 Marshal heads linked with cabs. That kicked azz. I had to turn the volume down. I did recorded it.

Ahh. you got the Marshalls. I bet they promo'd you the Engle in place of the Soldano. They probably keep Marshalls then flip around the last one.

It's weird, do they just give a sample and rotate what you can use?

Yea ..kinda. All the "inclusions" are there. I filter out the ones I have so you don't see the annoying rest of them. Not sure what they are doing with the Soldano with you. Best bet is to filter out all the promo items so you can see and work with what you have for free only.
