I don't see how you guys do the phone thing. I could never rely on just a phone, I don't even go online with my phone. FYI, I will be AWOL for about a week around Christmas because I won't have my computer with me.

Agreed. I use a tablet usually for mindless (no offence) browsing. Computer for everything else. Phone screen too small. I'm gone 25th n 26th

I have 2 laptops ( one is really nice but it's more for school stuff for my kids and we rarely use it outside of that). The other is older but I honestly rarely use it either, except for piss poor recording efforts exclusively now lol usually I just use my cheapo Motorola phone like I am right now and it gets me thru i guess.
As for the holidays, I'll be around here as usual because what the hell else am I gonna do? Lol Christmas morning, I'll get up super early on a mere 4hrs sleep, because my kids will surely wake me by the crack of dawn and start screaming about the stuff Santa left them. Then I'll stumble into the kitchen, make a pot of coffee that I rarely ever drink, hand my wife and I a cup, hurry up and down it before the kids turn my living room into a FEMA disaster site with wrapping.
And in recent times, picking up a nifty idea from the parents in A Christmas Story: I'll usually have a bottle of cheap, twist cap red wine and power that bad Oscar off as the kids make noise with new toys, while checking how you fine folks are doing that morning and wishing you all a Merry Christmas in a more... tranquil state of mind lol
