Anyone have Experience Celestion Blue speaker ?

Oh so sloppy quick take, I pulled out the Tweed Dlux clone and hooked up the cab miking the Blue. This may or probably not to helpful, so listen at your own risk. I had a bit of delay on and hit a fuzz for a while then turned it off again, otherwise no other FX.
Edit I did have an attenuator on it between the amp and the speaker because its so damn loud.

Well thank you, appreciate the work. The blue seems to do very well in that circuit. Love the tweed ! Am in hunting mode for another amp. Sorta stuck between BF-Tweed-SF.
Only answer is probably all 3 lol

Anybody have Celestion Blue experience? More so in low wattage Fender circuit. Thanks

Had a blue in a Deluxe Reverb for a little while. I ended up replacing it with a Gold. The Blue's bottom-end was too flubby and it didn't react well to dirt boxes out front. The Gold had "that sound" but since it has a much higher power handling the low end stayed a lot tighter and it was overall a lot more versatile. I put a Gold 10 in the Princeton I used to have because I liked it so much.

Nice, Those little Fenders with the right speaker combination really have my interest right now.
