Might get it, just set up in LR for winter cause with it just me dont heat the bandroom. have the Orange th30 sitting on the homemade 1x12 cabs with jensens for playing right in the room. .
Scared Neural enough to lower their price. I still like the Quad Cortex but this is definitely interesting.
cool, i run the few digi items i have into the pa sometimes till i still feel the coldness in the attack.Just remember, if you are going to use something like this going into an existing guitar amplifier and cabinet, do not use any of the amp models or cabinet models in the processor. Just use the effects.
Running the amp models into another amp won't sound good.
The idea behind the amp and cabinet models is to use them instead of a physical amp and cab, not with them.
I gig with my Helix run direct to the mix with a single XLR cable. No amplifier at all.
Right , will it chug ?Well if Ola says it sounds good.... Then it sounds good.
A fender logo'd quad cortex sounds like it will sell a lot of units to the masses....
I hope so, then it will flood the market with great used amplifiers!
I think that is why it has so may stomp switches. You pre set your patches with amps and effects before the show. You should not have to touch it except to switch models.I like it, but not really a fan of needing to change something live and having to bend down to floor level to do it.
Glad they made it without a wallwart power supply.

For example Fender clean to EVH heavy.
Yeah, I get that. And I set my Kemper up pretty much like that for our practice studio, but last time I played out I needed to adjust a couple of the monitor outputs as the room was quite different.I think that is why it has so may stomp switches.
