Jolly Rodger Finished.

Dammit Donaldo! You are supposed to be helping, not ignoring, stupidity on my part.
Yeah…I meant no offense…but fretboard stickers are not in my wheelhouse…but some people like them, so who am I to poop on their hopes and dreams. The ones you chose were fairly small, and when you pared them down to 12th fret only, they weren’t…like…horrible, to my eyes…just…stickers. They looked okay. I would have preferred them to have been rotated 90° clockwise, if they were staying. Again, just my opinion.
On a brighter note, how’s that Bill Lawrence type pickup set sound? I kinda miss mine. I had a couple of my main guitars set up with the type you have in bridge position throughout the 90s/early 2000s before I sold them off, and went Floyd-less.

I was not in the least upset! I knew in the back of my mind they were cheesy and not something I would normally do. The Wilde pickups are excellent clear and punchy. I have the Wilde L-48T tele bridge one in my tele I am really liking. One thing I do that most of you are not "hip" to is rub the pickups on my face before installing, and then once again after to give them a tad more mojo. YMMV.
