Here is one of my examples of something that happened to me that definitely turned out
" differently than expected, but a positive followed by a bit of a negative"
SO, today I was on facebook, and saw a post in a Bass group.
The poster had the same name as one of my older cousins. Long story short, it wasn't him.
BUT, in looking to find him, I found one of his 3 younger brothers also on FB. I had already known that one of them passed back in 2021, leaving 3.
When I pulled up the name of his youngest brother, the face was unmistakably the right one. Scrolled down a bit to see the Obit of the brother with the same name as this bass player that got me to looking in the first place.
I took a shot at messaging the youngest, who eventually got back to me a few hours later. We have not had contact in roughly 47 years.
Now we can stay in touch just like a family should. ( We did have a very large family, due to his mom and my dad being ones of 11 siblings.
I can't help but to thank that other fella who's name is the same as my now deceased cousin for fueling my search for my family today.
