Radio Atolia - Wicked Sensation Cover Project - Behind The Scenes:

A hard song to sing. Its right at the upper limit of my range. My goal was to make it as good as i could - in one take - to mimic what you might hear in a club, without backing vocals, and without dropping the key.

Good or bad, here it is...

Question - after listening to the above posted track of our cover of Wicked Sensation, I'd like to ask your thoughts on your reaction to this fool being the one singing and playing in the video????

3 guitars will be used.

The Gibson Les Paul for Rhythm Parts

YelloStrat for the solo

DoubleNeck for the clean guitar interlude

Video is set to be filmed on Cuddeback Dry Lake near Johannesburg, California and will include the amps being powered by a generator and actually played in the video, plus drone footage...

Here's the track we are using to produce the video. Vocals were recorded in one take with only delay added. Good or bad, sharp or flat, we recorded it like a bar band would - ballz-out in one shot, without a net. The volume swells, where I got too close to the mic while tracking, were all left in.

Weeks of rain and severe flooding in the desert has pushed back our video production indefinitely.. :-(
