Paul Floyd ish

Yeah, those. WTF are you in bed with Rondo?
Looks like your breeding a whole stable of them pony's.
Not that I blame you... Now lemme route one of them fukers for a middle pickup, and toss a Bigsby and a couple switches in for good measure.
This bad boy can inspire us.

That Sir, is beyond human comprehension...
I was Googling triple pickup Les Pauls and had the misfortune to find that.
It was so ugly, I had to download & save it.
The double arm Bigsby is the icing on that cake.

Sorry Adrian. Touchy subject - reminds me of all the Les Pauls that were mutilated in the '80's. Otherwise great guitars that are now ruined (even if plugged) because somebody wouldn't just go buys a stupid superstrat.

Nope, not down with it. And, to make matters worse, they have a much shallower carve on the top to compensate for the contraption so they don't "feel" right.

IF anyone stumbles across one cheap ---let me know--- I am LOVING the Floyd--- I love LEsters---- how can this not be a good thing

Oh and FYI--- the 4th of July Blow out sale Agile is a FULL solid bodied guitar with no cut out ---- it would "feel" more like a real Gibson....than the Gibson.....
is it my imagination or is this a REAL FLOYD-----not a "Licensed" Floyd??? On the Agile????? --lets go to the description------

  • 3/4" solid thick, maple cap improves overall sound quality (increases brightness of the guitar) (WOW THATS THICK)
  • Floyd Rose "Special" FRT-S2000 tremolo real floyd???
  • Multi-radius - 12" at the nut and 16" at the 22nd fret for vastly superior comfort
  • Maple cap sits over the 1 1/2” 2 piece solid mahogany body----SOLID---yes---yummy
  • Bound body, neck, and headstock (triple binding on the body and headstock; single binding on the neck)
  • Improved nickel plate hardware, including nickel die-cast Grover tuners with 18-1 turning ratio for ultra fine tuning (Model 102-18N)
  • Graph Tech NVS2 bridge with string saver saddles NICE TOUCH
  • Two Type V Alnico humbucker pickups create that warm, traditional sound (humbucker pickups help reduce hum and noise and offer superior performance by giving a thicker fuller sound than single coils; humbuckers also create a much larger magnetic field, which helps eliminate dead spots and increases overall power of the pickup)
  • Two volume controls, two tone controls, and a 3-way pickup selector switch allow a wide range of expressive control
  • One piece mahogany set neck with 13.7" (350 mm) radius neck for fast play WOW no SCARF JOINT
  • Adjustable truss rod in neck to offset alterations caused by changes in humidity, temperature, or new strings
  • Ebony fretboard with 22 jumbo frets and genuine mother of pearl trapezoid inlays--EBONY---
  • High voltage, brass shaft pots for reduced noise and an improved pickup selector switch (its a switchcraft)
  • Individually hand filed frets for professional feel and playability
  • D'addario 10-46 strings installed at the factory along with a professionally cut Graph Tech Tusq nut whats that cost ---any Gibsons with em stock????? er ....no
  • WOW thats a LOT OF INSTRUMENT for under 450.00

My sentiments, as well. I love the traditional Les Pauls. I really do. But, a Les Paul with a Floyd Rose has a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde sort of vibe to me.

My 1st guitar was a brand new 88'-89' Red Kramer with a Floyd. My parents never bought me one and I was working and going to High School and moved out on my 17th B-Day and immediately went and bought the Kramer & I forget the brand but a Walkman for your guitar basically. A year later it was left at my GF and I took a flight out of there into the Army and didn't return for almost 15 years. :(
walkman for guitar circa 1989...the Zoom?? Or the Rocktron??

Rocktron :) I think,it was a small tiny black box with kind of cheap headphones but sounded decent.
