Desert Vacation

No salt on the roads here thankfully
I'd be even more worried. The salt isnt what would bother me. It's the lack of traction. Mustangs are really light in the rear and overpowered. A treible combination in ice and snow. Plus the tires I have on mine are great for dry and wet, but if a snowflake hits the road, it's like driving with slicks on.

I lived in Crestline, California for several years, so I'm pretty good in ice and snow. I was running with TRAC activated and i would occasionally tap my brakes and throttle to evaluate available traction.

Im running Cosmo Mucho Macho's on the back and Khumo Ecsta 4X II's up front and they are excellent in the snow/ice.

I gave up on winter weather with mine. If it's nice out, I'll dust her off and take a ride.
