I found one used at a decent price and free shipping.Or this?
I was looking around for a video showing it in action, and I stumbled across this…
It shows it used in a pedalboard rig that changes the effects loop and the amp input between two amps. There’s no rewiring or swapping of cables….just a tap of a foot switch to switch from amp A to amp B. I don’t feel the need for myself, but thought that you, @LiveeviL2000 , might find it interesting.

With the right footswitch and another amp switcher, one can switch between amps and have the board automatically switch as well. Obviously better for live use.
A bit convoluted but very versatile.

I wouldn’t mind making things easier around here, but I don’t think that I need that much fancy stuff.
I have, and thoroughly enjoy, a couple of Radial Engineering devices. They make solid, and elegant, solutions to common studio needs.
I would love to be able to streamline my amp setup and selection methods to facilitate fast and easy modular assembly. Some easy experimentation with wet/dry rig setup would be excellent. I like that a “half normal” patchbay for the amp effects loops may provide a simple, and flexible, solution…we shall see about any ground loop issues that might arise, but hey…at least I can wrap my head around the setup.
@LiveeviL2000 has sent me down a rabbit hole… @Don O has also inspired some new possibilities for my room too…Here’s hoping.
My pedal board lives right in front of the patch bay. The pedal board is setup for 4 cables and also has its own built in wireless. Switching amps is as simple as moving those 3 cables plugged into the patch bay over to another amp’s set of jacks.Too much for my fragile little mind

Indeed! With your collection of combo amps, gathered together in their shelving unit, that makes total sense as a super convenient setup…inspirational sir! Until recently, I needed to accommodate other players, and their amps, in my wall of noise makers. That is no longer a concern. I also have a penchant for separate amp heads and cabinets. That brings speaker cabling into play as well. I may look into a shelving solution for my amp heads if the effects loop patchbay thing works out for me and my desires to experiment with wet/dry amp combinations. I will still need to deal with the all important proper speaker cab wiring runs…can’t be running tube amps without proper speaker loads. Radial Engineering offers some solution to that dilemma, but I’m not sure if I deserve that yet.
Don, I have 2 of these. Each one can switch 4 amps across 4 speaker cabinets. Of course you have to plan the impedance matching when cabling it up. I have cheat sheets on top of both.

I like it! I like it a lot! They have an 8x8 interface that would, more than, do the job for my wall. The 4x4 would take care of the most often used bits though….the map/cheat sheet would be most necessary though. I can already see that decisions would need to be planned out carefully.
