Well, all i have to say, is skip the tubes and go to solid state. All my amps are solid state Orange, Blackstar, Vox, Nux, Fishman mini. All made in China, have yet to have a problem with any of them.

And they each get worked over on regular basis..

Most long life capacitors have disappeared from the marketplace.
Usually I would use 10,000 hour caps minimum to replace the stock 2000 hour caps.

Now, about the best I can do is 5000 hour F&T caps....if I can get them.

But basically it appears that manufacturers have stopped making long life caps.
To increase orders and profits?

The Evox Rifa PEH169 electrolytics by Kemet are high quality, long life capacitors, however they are only temperature rated for -40~85 degrees, the highest voltage rating is 450V (minimum is 10V) & the lowest available value is 68uf. Service life's at full rated voltage & current range from 14,000 hours through to 38,000 hours. Cheers
