Kramer Beretta

I have not. But Kramer better be careful. It would be like Barretta the gun company to sue over the use of the name like they did Chevy back in the 80s. Heaven forbid someone might mistake the guitar for a gun.

What, That?

Kramer introduced the Baretta in 1983. So, I’m guessing the Beretta gun company would have done something by now If they cared to.

But, then again, the guitar is spelled “BAretta” and the gun company is spelled, “BEretta”. So, maybe the spelling difference is enough to hold off adverse action. Who knows?

They were very popular for beginners and due to some guy with red and white striped single humbucker. He did a lot dive bombs. Lol
Anyhow , I see they have a new custom painted " white lotus"
The guitar has a seymour duncan JB and a genuine Floyd Rose.
I'm not huge fan of the bridge but it looks good.

If you get a Floyd Rose make sure it's a made in Germany not the Korean made.

My Schecter came with a 1500 series. What I really like is the push in arm with tension adjustment. I despise the way the OFR arm swings aroumd. Using teflon tape helps but how hokey...
I ordered a push in arm to try on my EVH. So far so good.

It is a 1000 series with a detuna.
I had one on a RR1.

I tried a D Tuna with the EVH. It was horrendous.
Watched videos, followed instructions.. once tuned to D, I released and adjusted to E. As soon as I went to actually use it the E was off. Never could tune it to E again so just took ot off.
Poo.
It was poo.
Or I was....
That is most likely how I would see it , not using it. I don't really drop tune much but I don't play live so it doesn't matter for me.
