Challenger vs Corvette

I like them both. In my youth I’d have given almost anything for a 1970 Challenger. Wasn’t as much into Chevy’s. Along the way that changed and today if given the choice and it wasn’t my cash….. it’d be the Vette.

But truth. Neither is practical. Where I live. I can pretty much break any speed limit in my Civic and not get out of first….. maybe 2nd. Most limits around me are 45 or slower.

I like the style of the Challenger. I wouldn't mind having one, but im focusing on a new family vehicke with 3 rows now.

My Mustang is more practical than it seems...

A Challenger I rented in Hawaii a few years ago. Got her up to 140 mph :dood:
Drove it like I stole it…

There wasn’t a road straight enough…. Long enough on Kauai to see a buck 40. Maybe 60 if no traffic. Traffic, forget it. 40 was about it.

Now Big Island. Several spots one could stretch their legs.

I used to own a Plum Crazy 1970 Dodge Challenger. I actually would have preferred to have a 'Cuda

There is out next to the Pacific Missle Range Facility. The place I worked for did work there. I did the Challenger burn out on the road that runs parallel to it. After I did the run above I stop completely and did it again !

I liked all the Mopar line, but my dream car was a 1970 Hemi 'Cuda with a shaker hood

I used a deserted section of Route 66 for a video.

Do a YouTube search for "1975 Firebird Route 66 Road Test."
