Good for you. My mom and dad were smokers. Obviously I took in a fair amount of second hand smoke. It took some time to get my lungs cleaned out after I moved out to a place of my own. Keep fighting the good fight John. It’s worth it.

Congratulations man that can't be easy. My Dad was a smoker to the end, and my mom is back at it now too. I was able to smoke myself out of the habit at an early age.

now it's time to "smoke" instead of smoke.

I started smoking at 12 years old in 1970. I quit in 1997 at the ripe old age of 39 and it's the best thing I ever did. It's been 25 years now since a cigarette has touched my mouth... never again. Keep up the strength, you have more power over your life than the tobacco companies do. Stay strong my brother, stay strong.
