Man, THIS one stumped me worse than any! I recognized the funky riff instantly but my brain drew a MASSIVE blank. I've literally pondered on it for an hour since you posted it. I knew it was from something in the mid 90s, having heard it a million times in MTV but still....nothing.

Then about 3 mins ago, I sat down and out of the blue I had a Eureka moment and" Oh! I remember that now!"
