Something a tad different

175, is that all? What happened to you? Are you feeling ok?
Well, no… I’ve got a lot going on.. but that’s besides the point. 1 I’m severely out of practice. 2 it’s hard for me to play 180bpms without resorting to tremolo picking/strumming which is not my favorite technique by any means, so it’s more of an exercise as I’m more like James Hetfield when it comes to rythym. As in I rely on heavy chugs and down picking.

Oh I agree, I just try to be as versatile as possible. That and there are bands I like that consistently play… I’m guessing around the 250-280 bpm mark *cough* Lorna Shore *cough*. Their drummer sounds like machine guns just going off on the dual kick drums. Absolutely insane musicians!

Oh but you see, the Jackson Dinky is tainted, for that is what I used for this song. But worry not for it is getting cleansed in Metal Hellfire as we speak with crushing fast chugs in a proper 3 minute symphonic death metal piece. Those EMG pickups are serving their intended purpose!
