Why are you selling your best playing guitar?

I bought it to flip. And I need the money.
My wife had thyroid cancer and the medical bills are pretty stiff. So I started flipping guitars to help pay the medical expenses.
A bunch of guitars I have bought were refinished, restored or modified and sent back out to what I hope are good homes.

This guitar is exceptional. When I first got it, it didn’t look like much, but after I fixed it up, it plays like a million bucks.

It’s a really hard one to let go. But I know I can get a good chunk of change for it.
