For sure! Actually started out on a righty and had it flipped. Definitely a better selection out there for righties, but I like to think those poor imports I butchered as a teenager made me...creative...
The guitar player in my first signed band was a lefty and took his twin brother's guitar and flipped it over and played that way. So, when he was finally able to get a left hander, he strung it upside down since that's what he was used to playing with.
