Got into playing again today. This time I picked up the SG. It's tuned to D STD. I think thats my favorite tuning ... for this week

I read that again. I wasn't trying to patronize you, Mitch in case it sounded that way. It just looked weird to me a second read.

You DO have a playing style that is very LA and very cool. I'm particularly impressed because you are all pedigree in that regard and I was so into it growing up.

Second. I got Pantera vibes from that one. Looks like it’s time for Tuesday morning mosh pit at work!

You could try this interface. I hook it up straight to my iPhone with a mic and it works every time.
If you are interested in a better sound for your spur of the moment videos.

I grabbed this LP (sits next to my bed) and my little Vox amplug (sitting on my nightstand) and stuck the headphones over my phone to hold it up.
There ya go! It's not a masterpiece, but it's a riff lol.
