Anyone else have a wife who butts head with your daughter on like....everything? I'm going to need way more alcohol to survive this.

Weed and me never really jived, but I think it may be on order. Daughter goes back to college after spring break in a week or so, then I can return to Defcon 5.

Right now, Defcon 2. What's higher than Defcon 1? Mom's and Daughter fights, that's what.

Believe it or not, sometimes these things do improve. Sometimes, after the kids are out on their own for awhile, they discover that mom and dad actually made some sense!

But, my approach was to be weird, anticipating that the kids would rebel and be normal!

Sorry man. We have two boys. Therefore poor Mrs. IbLive was forced to raise three boys….. If you get my point. :cool:

There have been a few times where dad (me) has had to tutor mom in the ways of the male….. as in we never grow up. And while raising male children can have its challenges…. From talking to parents that have at least one of each…. There almost always seems to be more drama invoiced with the girls.

So hang in there. Betting it will get better. Kids male or female are a blessing. And then they give you grandkids. Almost nothing compares to that.
