That Was Not Nice!!

Yeah. There is enough bad things to go around. I hate to see people upset here.
No kidding there.

Pardon my french for the following as this goes out to well everybody reading it.

The world itself, can be a really :poo:ty place in general. Would be a liar if i said things all over are peachy, joyous and the current times are the best days of our lives. It aint.

But, that being said, there is still some greatness left in this world. You find good things all around you with the right set of eyes.

Maybe it comes from meeting a stranger or strangers who you find some weird common interest with. Perhaps you meet said strangers and you rather enjoy their company, despite some major differences you might have in your personal lives because you come from different worlds, financial statuses, ideologies, political or religious beliefs. Yet, a single common interest brings you together with them and you find a kindred spirit in them in that one thing if nothing else. If you're lucky, you find out you may have a LOT of similarities with that person.

A concept this bizarre sounds like a fairy tale in this world doesn't it? But that's how I view this forum.

Fact is, with many here? I come from a polar opposite of. But i still enjoy everyone I meet and I find some basic common ground with them all. It's depressing to think that this too, could fall into the category of "the :poo:ty world outside your front door" to some here.

Really saddens me to see old regulars leaving this

Just re-quoting cause this deserves to be re-quoted. Man, Ghost Shadows was formed due in large part because of TTR... and I wouldn't even know @LiveeviL2000 if @Ramo hadn't peer pressured me into coming over here from another forum.

Well said, Mike. Well said.

I’m going to add from my personal experience. I have no problem with open and honest debate. It’s when the other person gets personal I have issues keeping my mouth shut. I tend to defend and fight back in kind. If anyone feels the other person is getting all up in their face….. glance in the mirror. You may be the one needing the attitude adjustment. And believe me. I’ve had to do that. It’s not fun.

For sure. I’ve made many friends here. All over this planet. US, UK, Australia, Sweden, Brazil….. too many names to mention. Got a phone call from Australia one night (morning for him). It’s been a blast.

Uhm….. 7/11’s baby sister?

Sorry. Just had to say that.
Or you could turn turn the L around to a 7. This will give you a 77. A 77 is like a 69 only you get ate more.

I have seen some threads that were on the verge of getting nasty. And then it doesn’t. Y’all kiss and make up...
Umm...I'm not kissing ANYBODY here!

Seriously though, you make a great point. Many of us, myself included, have had to apologize because we just didn't communicate properly or we misread someone else...or any of a number of possible reasons. I've written posts that were taken with the opposite impression that I intended! But, that is not the reader's fault; that is my fault. Unfortunately, these things are bound to happen. I think the key is to make amends as quickly as possible and to learn something from the situation to, hopefully, avoid a repeat.

I’ve made the same basic comments on FB. Once you post anything on FB you’re posting on a public forum. It’s there for anyone and everyone to see. You don’t want people to know your stuff. DONT POST IT!!

so posting naked selfies can be a bad thing on the internet ????? like anywhere on the internet? (asking for a friend) ..............................
