Went there today to jam with my son and the amp cut out after 5 minutes.
I checked it out and plugged it back in. Again after 5 minutes it stopped working.
Called Sweetwater. They were surprised. Tech support said they are rock solid amps.
They are expediting another one.
Kind of a let down. But I can’t say enough about Sweetwater and their customer service.

That's a bummer but +1 about Sweetwater.
 
Sweetwater is AMAZING!
I just received the replacement amp this morning.
Not only did they overnight it to me. They sent it am priority.
That must have cost them as much as the amp is worth.
I was completely fine with getting it Monday.
My son is hooking it up now. It feels like Xmas!
