Music Rewind/ Early Years

I like listening to this music. These are songs i have heard in my lifetime. I really like watching PBS when they have some of these groups on. And some I wasn't even old enough when they came out, but I have heard them some where.
 
My Mother used to play this album when I was a youngin. As I became a young adult , I learned to appreciate this style of music , the smoothness of Brass and the calming effect it had on me. There is music I just like to listen to and the music i put in here is all that i like. Maybe some of you know some of this music.

My dad was an electronics guy and was the first one in his circle of friend with a kickass stereo (separate tube amps for each channel that he built) and was also the first with a color TV. He would put on his music, in the finished basement, and crank the tunes. This was one of his favorites and I remember hearing it a bazillion times. Quite a cool tune.

I have heard this song, My Mother was also what they called Big Band Music fan Lawrence Welk was one i remember and I know this name Glenn Miller.
