I'm not even going to try. I used to play fast fast a lot of the time, but for the past few years my interests have switched toward getting heavier and slower and low tunings.

Heavy driving beats and immense walls of guitar tones.... That's what floats my old boat these days.

Everyone is faster than I am.

Not to totally derail this thread, but I found actual videos on TV! I get Samsung + since I have their phones and TVs. Xite channels have a huge variety of videos. I've seen Mastodon, Led Zeppelin and a bunch of other stuff in the last couple of hours. That Mastodon video was freaky with cats and stuff. Just saying.

I think with rhythm work a human wrist / fingers can only move so fast. After that why does it matter?
It gets sloppy as F after but just a one take low E chuggy thing. I cannot move my hand any faster!
