2nd night I played it, 1st was more focused on continued adjustments for string buzz and setting intonation.
Last night I played it to make guitar noises, and noticed the tones more.
Lowered neck and bridge pickups a LOT, raised the middle a bit.
I didnt realize how high they were. Much more mello and stratty now.
I only started looking at them when they seemed kind of harsh for Alnico pickuips.
I got no quack in the 2 and 4 quack positions.
Got the quack back, Jack.

Played the Princeton 6G2 build thu WGS Veteran 10.

Sounds really good Chris, I think the less gain, and boost work well together.

that is one of the "mesa" models in the ampero -- "doctored" up a bit with reverb and EQ and the lester with the 61 zebras ...man I really like that guitar!!
thanks for the kudos guys --- I JUST got the Audacity and AMpero sofware on one laptop so I can very easily actually record....
now w/ drum machine (and if I can figure out the looper) .....I can sound like poop in fool digital stereo!
