Saw the thread title and read "Ovulation Questions..."

You have a nylon string Ovation. Set up is different between the two. You HAVE to have more action with nylon strings than with steel strings or you won’t be able to play it without buzzing the strings.

This is exactly right. I used to have a nylon-string, classical guitar. The action is much higher because the vibration of the strings moves much further than steel. But, they are very easy to depress, so it didn’t really bother me. Also, the nylon will take much longer to get stretched out, so you will need to keep your tuner handy! A Snark is nice to have with a classical guitar.
