Good replacement for a Celestion Ten 30?

How different are they to the Ten 30?

Thin speaker wire sounds better for guitar.

Thick speaker wire works better for bass and PA.

I would rather buy speakers with cast frames instead of stamped frames.
I would buy speakers that have 2X the power rating of the amplifier, or more.

My favorite speaker would be EVM 10.
What I learned is:
Good speakers cost a lot of money, and they are worth every penny.
Once you start using a really good professional speaker, you will never go back to the cheap speakers.

Agree completely that you only get what you pay for. I thought EV didn't make the 10" version any longer?

Agree completely that you only get what you pay for. I thought EV didn't make the 10" version any longer?

Whether they make it is inconsequential.
I must have it.

The factor is: EV rebuilds speakers at the USA factory.
If I send them an old speaker they can make it like new again.
And they will charge a very low price to rebuild it.
This gives me hope that I can find re-build-able EVM speakers.
