Not bad. I actually like the way 8" speakers sound. For lower volumes I think they are very well balanced where even 10s can get a bit boomy.

I would like to see the same type cab for a 12 inch speaker, and ported.
It could still be pretty light weight it could still be 20 watt just bigger.
I'm thinking more bottom end would be nice. It could be tasteful not boomy.
If the frequency response is flattened out, it can avoid being too boomy I'm thinking.
