FRIDAY NIGHT RIFFS

Here's latest one. Still trying to get the bass tone to play nice with the guitar tones...

Recorded with my Franken7 (with Nazgul in the bridge - still need a good neck pickup for this one if anyone has any recommendations based on my style/sound), HT7 (Fishman Open Cores) and SR305e.

Also trying to get the most "bang" with the drums without just turning them up... not sure I got there.

That sounds great.
It gets me into that Black Friday holiday spirit!

I was looking at that

How do you like that Dean.
I was looking at the same model but in Black.
I like the look of it. I played it in the store and it felt good.
Just want your opinion on it.
This particular model was a limited run by a bunch of us from the old Dean Forums. We had 19 of them built from the custom shop, ebony, no fret markers, blue water quilt top, and a V-neck.
I upgraded the nut, and the pickups to Duncan DDJ and a 59n . It is an amazing guitar. The only one of mine I really baby.
I think it plays and sounds as good as any other guitar I've ever owned.

I've owned a dozen or so Dean's, mostly MLs, few razorbacks, and one other V. Every one I've played has been butter! Love Dean guitars!
I also think the new select series are very bit as sexy as this one.

HA! I get it. Barking at the wrong tree. Because the dog is barking in the background.
Very clever @Ramo !
We have a pair of our granddaughters over an the little white dog of ours was a bit on the upset side. My wife had come out to tell me something about her and the girls just as I was in the middle of the tune and had to restart it.
So I left the dog in the backyard lol

I usually play sitting down. My pooch doesn’t try and sing along… but she will try and crawl up in my lap. That sorta inhibits playing.

It’s all good Mitch. I think you should make it your thing.
Ramo has the pick toss, I have the skull intro thing.
You can have the singing dog!
