Autism Awareness Guitar Paint Job:

Inspector #20

Ambassador of Tone

Thinking if I could somehow make the autism awareness multi-color puzzle, somehow work with a heavy metal theme??? Like something that clearly addresses both points.

Thinking of painting my white Jackson San Dimas.

Thoughts???

I remember the old peavey vandenburgs?

This is unreal.

In all my life I never ever ever ever knew or considered, I would encounter about 3-4 things I never even knew existed growing up.
1. An autistic Family member ( my nephew) , an Autistic friend like Robert, and friends like Smitty, Esgee, my school friend, Karen who have autistic children/grandchildren.

2. Homosexuals I now have friends and even a cousin who are on both sides.

3. That via this thing called the internet, I can talk to and make friends with people from countries all over the world.

Good Luck Robert, Lots of good ideas I see already.

I love RVAs skull! I also love that you are doing this. When I worked at the mental institution I was always assigned to people with autism. They called me "the autistic magnet." It doesn't matter where I am, they always seem to find me and come to me. Even the meanest ones loved me. It would take 4 men to walk one of the guys to groups because he would tear up the place & hurt people. I walked him by myself for 15 years and never had a single problem. I let him call me at home if I was off & they were having trouble with him. I also worked with children that had autism. They are some of the neatest people I've ever met. Idk why they love me, but they do. The feeling is mutual.

And that, Brother Chili is what's generally identified nowadays as elements of "wokeness"... sadly, many view and critique that through a very negative lens... I prefer to just call it "being human": being inclusive, empathic, non-judgemental, embracing, accepting, positive and so much more... Because in the end, that's what we one and all are: human beings, right?

I agree with you, I find Six String's offerings, seems to me, to be better choices....

Yeah, my son doesn‘t like things that are sinister or violent or aggressive. He does like to watch hockey (his favorite team is the Montreal Canadiens) and Battle Bots. But, he really likes watching mild, gentle things like Strawberry Shortcake and My Little Pony. He’ll leave the room if we are watching something and a commercial comes on for something like a horror movie or something else that may be frightening. He doesn’t like loud, aggressive music, either. He likes to listen to softer music on his headphones. He’s actually really good at picking out the bass line and he’ll hum the bass line to the song as it plays.

He’s twenty four years old, and while he is verbal, he is almost completely non-conversant. We have guardianship over him because he is at the stage of a toddler developmentally. Though, he is pretty smart and has good problem-solving skills. He can build some pretty elaborate things with Legos! He also likes helping me assemble things like IKEA-style furniture.

He is a lot of fun to have around. But, he is very passive and mild and I try to make sure his gentle life is filled with peaceful things and happy experiences.

I have Aspberger's so while on the spectrum, I'm not gravely disabled, it just makes you a kind of social outcast.

My oldest son has Aspberger’s. My youngest son is who I described earlier. My oldest son has a phenomenal memory. He still recalls the complicated math from when he studied mechanical engineering in college. He’s also a pretty decent artist.

I still remember the VIN number of every car I've ever owned...my first car was a 1969 Dodge Charger R/T VIN XS29J9B145928.

All our addresses...phone numbers...but without trying.

It's a bit annoying...counting lights in traffic or the individual LED cells in a traffic light.
