Metallica turns 40!

And IMO they really f'ked up letting Jason go. That guy was EVERYTHING in the live shows, so much energy and he had a connection with the audience like no one I've ever seen. I'm still pissed at how they treated him, such a shame. When I think of those shows back then I remember Jason more than any of the others.

I totally agree, his energy, stage presence, he loved Metallica like a fan boy…. Like he said, the person he respected the most disrespected him the most.

I miss his back up vocals, he is such a great guy….

my Metallica always be with J…..

It seems we're on the same page for the most part. :cheers:

I just can't get past a few things to even give them a chance anymore. James showed his colours and I hit the door running to never look back, I just want to remember them the way I remember them.
 
BTW, I've been avoiding this thread for a long time so as not to get into what I just got into, but I've had a few cold ones tonight and here we are, I couldn't hold back any longer. Apologies to everyone for the negativity. I digress.. :kewl:

James and Lars are dicks....Have huge ego and they are the ones who run the show. Krik is just a bitch he dose what he is been tolled. They tried to control J but he is not like Krik. ALl the poop thay gave him he still loves them like brothers.

I hate what Metallica is today ... When I think of Metallica I think of old one not new one.

They are just on money grab now
