New Schroeder Solution Bridge for my PGK SG Junior

Damn nice Greg. I know how much those cost so why the swap ???
The guitar's "vintage" offset of the bridge posts, and the special design of the Solution bridge that's an alternative to a non-adjustable stoptail bridge, looked very appealing to me and thought I would give it a try.

Both stoptail bridges do the job very well. The Schroeder Original, because of its artistic symmetry, needs to be perpendicular to the neck to look right. If it's slightly angled to compensate for the vintage offset bridge posts, it looks crooked. I also don't like big visual gaps between the bridge posts and the bridge.

If I were to order another PGK SG Junior guitar kit, I would ask for "regular" bridge post spacing and install the Schroeder Original because the symmetry of it really looks good on an SG.

Very nice bridge Greg! And very sweet axe .. How did you come into getting that beautiful Norton guitar ? I think they are made in England?

there is just something about single pup SG's..................
Yup! With those devilish horns, one black pup, and two controls at the extreme lower-outer edge of the body, the Juniors just scream: "F-U, prepare to be destroyed... :dood:

I would definitely not pay that kind of money for that guitar, or any other guitar for that matter...
