Keep on Fighting

One? Do you have so many that you lose track?

This is very well done. You're obviously very experienced in mixing and production.

I have three, one in my 2 story converted barn, one takes up one bedroom in my house and then i actually have a very nice one in my bedroom for when those ideas hit in the middle of the night, if i dont put something down quick....ill loose it by daybreak.

I used to wake up and hum things I had in a dream into a recorder, or whlie in that lucid state right before you doze off. I don't know why/when I stopped doing that.

i swear i trick that i use to come up with starting points for melodies......i go to a club that plays music i like.......go into a stall and sit there listening to the music in the club.....when the doors open and close it changes what you hear in your head, phone runs my voice recorder and i put it all down.

you could do it at home but there's usually not enough material to help pull down the high frequencies which would give away the song being played......you really only want low mids and lows.....mostly freqs below 300-175 hz

youll be surprised at how well it works!
