that amp room is so organized it's almost scary.
a man needs a maid to keep all those surfaces dusted. *grins
but it's a lovely fantasy for players trapped in smaller spaces.
My music room is smaller, and not so neat, but I'm very grateful to be

Recently, a friend called me to ask if I'd check on her daughter, who was going through a traumatic
split with her longtime B/F ... Y'all know how that can be. So I offered the girl a place to stay and be safe and welcome, out of her normal circles. I cleared this whole room, and made it more like
a young person's bedroom again. Presto: Chango... a few residuals from all the music, but those are a good thing. She plays fiddle and guitar, so...
Ah but it turns out she's not going to stay here after all, so now I get to re-organize the whole thing, and start over. I just wanted her to know she was welcome, and not isolated. And that's a good thing too. But what to do with this space now... hmmm...
