I had an endorphin release like after sex.
no kidding.

Just booked Laser Zeppelin and Laser Floyd, Dark Side (they also have The Wall we will book later)
for the next 2 saturdays.

I felt like having a weigh-in this evening….

….aaaaaand in this corner….weighing in at 10.25 pounds….a true “Gladiator” among guitars…my Gladiator GG-258




…..and in this corner…..weighing in at 10.75 pounds…..the Swamp-Burst that brings the hurt….the Merlot-Menace……



Frankly, I was surprised to see that these two were within a half pound of each other…

I really don’t understand the question, but I have noticed that I am shrinking in all the wrong places.
My arms are shrinking and I am getting weaker.
Maybe I need to find time to work out more, yea right ..

Yep, our Lakeside place is on the south side of Little Bear Creek that flows from Blue Jay. Our place is hidden below the trees in that red dot. I think I was out in Blue Jay Bay when I took that pic.

So anyway, my cousin showed up this morning to help with the fire. He works for the MN DNR and will be supervising one of the crews. He's going to stay with me while he's up here. Maybe I can get his crew to come over here and do some "yard work ".

So anyway anyway, I have applied for 3 jobs up here in the last week. Office manager for a bicycle/coffee shop, forklift operator and mixer at an adhesives company and canning operator at Castle Danger brewery. All three jobs would be in Two Harbors about an hour away. At least there wouldn't be any traffic to speak of. If I get one I will make the move up here permanently.

We knocked about 2 ft off this pile last winter. I’m good for another few winters before resupply.
