Of course! There wouldn't be any fun involved working on a 12/12 pitch roof if you have someone there to call the ambulance.
First off you don’t go stepping out on a 12-12 pitched roof.

Oh, Mitch. You should have seen the contraption I had rigged up. Extension ladder leaning against eave. Prowler back tire blocking base of extension ladder. 8 foot step ladder laid on the roof braced into top of extension ladder.
Evidently the Prowler rolled. I thought I had the e-brake set. The extension ladder slid out and I was riding the step ladder down. Then I woke up.

Dude!!! DO you have someone you can call to take you to the hospital to get checked? Brain injuries caused by falls are no joke, man! That's how I lost my Mom...
Truth^^^^^^^^^ You should get checked out. There are lots of little complications that can turn into bigger issues if left unchecked. Besides your brain, you keep your eyes (mostly) in your head…they don’t like concussive blows.
Damm Chris you are lucky my friend, I didn’t go completely down, but my 30’ extension ladder twisted and put me face first into the palm tree I was trimming, I grabbed a branch from the palm next to it to keep from going down. Aprox 20’ I yelled for my grandson, but no one came out, after I got the crap out of my left eye, I managed to make it down.
Piss on rigged up contraptions.
I have a much better extension ladder now with a top on it with a v cut in the center, but there are 3 palms I do not trim any more.

I'm alright for now. I can't locate any bruising on my head. I'm sure I have a concussion, so I'm guessing it's from the abrupt stop when I landed. Eyesight is fine, memory all came back. I can drive. If my headache gets worse I'll go over to the fire camp half a mile away. Thank you all for the concern.

isn't she sexy!! rebuilt 6 hp, my boat build is almost done. stripped it this morning & building platforms. Will have 25 & 6 on back & 55 lb thrust troller up front. After getting too know the river now hoking it up !

Hope the storm passes quickly. Summer is almost over! We were out on the lake in the kayaks yesterday, almost no one on the lake. This weekend it will be a zoo on the water.
