Jersey Shore Guitar Garage 21 Tone Jimmy Page Dual Humbucker Wiring Harness:

That would drive me nuts personally. I fiddle with the volume and tone knobs a lot, so having a taper that didn't kick in until that far down the dial would make me mad.

Ya, it's not a huge deal to me. My genuine Gibsons also rolled off quite late, so it's not a huge problem...the tone has a more gradual response, at least to my ears anyways.

I was playing it last night and it does start tapering off earlier, but it's very slight and it really becomes "drastic" around 3-4.

I have no clue!!!!!
Look to see if there is the letter “B” stamped on the pot. If you see a “B”, the pot is linear taper; if it is stamped with an “A”, it is an audio taper pot.

Keep in mind, solder may cover the stamp.

The behavior you’re describing seems consistent with a linear taper pot.

Admittedly, this is a long shot. It is customary to use audio taper (A) for Gibson-style harnesses, especially the volume pot. Though, some do like to use a linear taper, especially if they like to use the guitar’s volume knob for swells. So, it would actually be a little unusual to use a linear taper pot in your situation, but it would be worth it to check it out.

Audio according to the builder.

Last night, several of the academy's student bands performed publicly at a local brewery. "Noisy Neighbors" is my personal student music/band project.

The student bands, having juvenile members, go on first, before the brewery starts serving alcohol. At 7pm, the beer begins flowing.

Last night, just for fun, I pulled out my Les Paul with the 21 Tone Jimmy Page Harness and Planet Tone pickups. I played through my 1999 Marshall MG50 miked with a SM57, (without no FX) basically using the amp itself as a personal monitor.

It was a really fun time and the Les Paul had some incredible clean tones. I made it a point to keep switching through all the different pickup positions, so I was really kind of demoing them in a live situation.

Very fun night for the student bands...

If you look closely, in the upper right of this image posted below, you can see me and YelloStrat onstage with "Noisy Neighbors" at the Ontario Downtown Route 66 Car Show.
