The wife's was 16 hrs. Slow n steady. Meningioma.
Keep us in the loop, hoping it is mostly or entirely removeable.
All we know at this point is it was identified as a Chordoma. Not a good thing.

Crap. At least slow growing but malignant. Looks like total resection is the best option. Hope they got it all, depending where it was located,All we know at this point is it was identified as a Chordoma. Not a good thing.

Excellent if they got it! Doesnt sound like they mestastisize too easily.Update:
17 hours total surgery time...The surgical team said they believe they got the tumor, but recovery will be a slow process...

poop that rocks! The missus was near a week just getting her legs over the edge of the bed. Sounds like he is doing excellent!ICU now. He pulled out his breathing tube and is giving the staff trouble. He's talking and moving around. He's coherent and doing well.
