17 hours total surgery time...The surgical team said they believe they got the tumor, but recovery will be a slow process...

Excellent if they got it! Doesnt sound like they mestastisize too easily.
Recovery can be long but at least there is light. Wife was in hospital nearly 3 weeks amd came home with a walker. But all is good now, just some balance issues 5 years in.
I think Henry will rock it!

ICU now. He pulled out his breathing tube and is giving the staff trouble. He's talking and moving around. He's coherent and doing well.
