Best band member names?

Going back to U2... we have: a certain Paul Hewson, also known at different stages of his life as: "Steinhegvanhuysenolegbangbangbang", "Huyseman", "Houseman", "Bon Murray" and "Bono Vox of O'Connell Street" before settling for just "Bono".

I'll start off with a few of my heroes.

Alien Sex Fiend: Vocals - Nik Fiend, Keyboards - Mrs Fiend, Drums - Johnny Ha-Ha, Guitar - Yaxi Highrizer.

The Damned: Guitar - Captain Sensible, Drums - Rat Scabies.

The Ramones: Well.... all the Ramones!
Here goes a quick derail: Gotta love Nik Fiend in ASF's video for "Now I'm Feeling Zombified"!

Six String,

Gball and I come from basically same town in Maryland as does DonO, and brother bastarddon is in between you and me in the Massachusetts area.

I speak for myself and bdon, and gball to say these guys have a profound impact on our lives in music. In my case, my blood type is O+Rush. It is as if their talent put their incredible music in my blood and almost the air I breathe. If only I could have a way to thank them personally or a personal way to express my thanks not for their music per se, but for the human beings they are and were, in Neil's case.

Hey, Chili... What can I say? I've followed RUSH since the late 70s, when a friend introduced me to their music via "2112" back in my original hometown in NE Mexico... we were both in junior high! There was no turning back... They basically helped me survive the Disco years. Who knew that 20-odd years later I'd end up making their hometown my own, eh?

Whenever you or any of the TTR bros /sis's are around this neck of the woods, let's get together and go to a Jays game and down some brewskies... We may very likely end up running into or at least, having a Geddy sighting. He's a HUGE Jays (and baseball overall) fan. And/or there's The Orbit Room on College... that bar is owned by Mr. Lerxst himself so, we may catch him too. They have some good live bands there, regardless (or used to, before the lockdowns)...

UPDATE: As I was looking for their current hours I came across an announcement that the OR is officially closed as of about a year ago... NO plans to reopen any time soon... Just another casualty in the long(er every day) list of historic independent live music venues/clubs (The Silver Dollar, El Mocambo, Rancho Relaxo and now The Orbit Room, just to name a few) that have been / are being /will be shut down because of, among other causes (COVID recently), greedy landlords / developers that squeeze the life out of cash-strapped venues (and musicians/artists by extension), by increasing rents multifold or simply, by not renewing their leases. All in the name of gentrification and fifteen-dollar shots of bespoke grain milk-infused espresso... Sorry for the manic rant, this is a humongous pet peeve of mine, and it cuts deeeply.

If you've read read any of the books on the Ramones, you'll know that Jeffrey Hyman went by Jeff Starship and wore silver clothes before he became Joey Ramone.

I loved the Ramones' schtick. How to make a punk band out of love of sixties girl groups.
